Important information for ALL passengers travelling to and from the UK on an international flight Due to security measures from the UK Government, all airlines are required to provide advance passenger information (API or APIS) for all passengers travelling to and from the UK on an international flight. API requires Passport/valid photo ID information to be captured prior to travel. Failure to give APIS information will result in passengers not being permitted to travel. Each passenger must provide this information online prior to checking in online. Alternatively, this information can be added by contacting our call centre on 09058 28 28 28 (Calls cost 65p per minute from a BT Landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks will be considerably more), the cost add this to your reservation over the telephone is £5.00 per person per flight. APIS information is not required for travel to the Republic of Ireland. However, passengers traveling to the Republic of Ireland who wish to use our online check in service are required to provide their passport/photo ID details prior to checking in. Please note any payment made at the airport may incur a handling fee.
Transporting animals is not possible. For those needing to travel with guide dogs, the airline must be consulted prior to making the purchase.
